The Baking Forum takes place on Thursday 13th May 2027 at The Queens Hotel, Leeds.

The daytime conference starts at 8:30am with registration and refreshments and closes at 5:30pm. The Gala Dinner starts from 6:30pm with a Drinks Reception. Guests will be called to dinner at 7:30pm and the evening ends at midnight.

Your ticket includes access to the daytime conference, including 3 refreshment breaks and lunch and access to our exhibitors. Your ticket also includes the evening Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner until midnight. The Gala Dinner includes a glass of prosecco on arrival. A cash bar will be available.

The Gala Dinner is Business Suits (with or without ties) and cocktail/party attire.

Delegate tickets are £395 + vat per person. The Baking Forum is proud to support the Bakers Benevolent Society Fund. Tickets will be on sale from September 2026.
