The Baking Forum 2025 will centre around the transformative theme of Technology Driving Sustainability in the Bakery Supply Chain, bringing together key voices and innovations that are shaping the future of the baking industry.

This year’s event promises a full day of dynamic conference sessions from 9am – 5:30pm, showcasing the latest innovations and insights shaping our industry. We are proud to feature industry leaders like IGD, renowned for their strategic insights into market trends and consumer behaviours; Kantar, a global authority on data-driven decision-making; and Rockwell Automation, a pioneer in leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and sustainability. Their contributions at this year’s event will provide actionable insights and spark meaningful discussions to help drive our industry forward.

In addition to the sessions, you’ll have ample opportunities to network and connect with an impressive line-up of exhibitors, including AB Mauri, Bakels, CSM Ingredients, Zeelandia, and many more.

The conference will conclude with a special evening dinner from 6:30pm – Midnight; a perfect setting to unwind, continue meaningful conversations, and celebrate the achievements of the baking community with your peers.
